HELP ME C++ Runtime Library Runtime Error!

I keep receiving this message Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error! Program:C:\Windows\explorer.exe on my PC. Does anyone know how i can get it to go away?

Reinstall the Libraries.
