Well, I hav windows XP as my OS. While working in net sometimes I get a window displaying the following message!..

"Generic Host Process for Win32 Services has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

if u were in the middle of something, the information you were working on might be lost"

so even if i ignore that window.. my connection gets disconnected & i hav to restart my system to get it back...

Is there a solution for this problem.. I use BSNL broadband connection... which req a user name & password to login

yeah sounds like the sasser or blaster worm from way bck in the day but many probs cause a error like this but as said above DL the MS updates if your not up to date already and if you still get the error post back and give some mroe detils on

when the error appears
how long do you get a net conenction before it appears
do you get the error message even if your offline?
