HELP!!! Keep Getting Popups about website CETIFICATES!!!

I keep getting these windows pop ups that keep saying that the security certificate is expired or invalid for evey website i go to
i have gone through internet options and unchecked eveything i
can find having to do with cetificates...i need help its annoying...

First you might try to set all options to thier default settings.

Second, download firefox, and install it, and only use IE when absolutely necessary!

If you're using firefox then go to tools>options>advanced and go to valadation and in ocsp check the "Do not use ocsp certificate varification"
tab!
