HELP I DELETED A File i shouldent have!

I ran my anti-virus then i really deid not look at the infected files ( which i now regret!) i did notice one said something about sounds but i dident really look at it, i then deleted the files. When i play videos no sounds comes out. i cllick a song on Itunes and nothing playes it sayd i have no sounds drivers or somthing like that! please help me!

1.Go get your CD that has your sound card drivers for it.
2.Reinstall Itunes to restablish file contacts for songs to play, such as mp3, mp4 or wav.
3.Make a backup anything that you know is in danger of going to PC h***
4.Use XP to make system restore points before you run any AV (ANTVIRUS) SW (SPYWARE removal software) or cleaning programs to keep your running smoothly.

I think that my sound is integrated in my mobo, when i bought this computer it never came with that cd I will do numbers 2 and 3 but i do not know how to do #4

Start Menu
All Programs
Accessories
System Tools
System Restore
Create New Restore Point.

If you are an idiot and deleted it from here, it can also be found at

%SystemRoot%\system32\restore\rstrui.exe
