Help gaining axcess to my laptop

Ok I have a laptop running windows 7 professional,

I had recently broke up with my ex girl friend, while she was moving her stuff out of my house she put a password on my laptop..... since I caught her cheeting and had her move out she is kinda ****ed at me, and I am not wanting anything to do with her.

how can I gain entrance to my laptop? Im not good with code but can manage, and I only have tablet for internet axcess, so I cant download a cracker, I am trying to avoid reinstalling the os because I have omportant files and stuff on it....
any sugestions

Since there's no actual way for us to verify your story... We can't really do much to help.

You can google for password reset tools for Windows, but you'll need to burn them to a disc which requires access to a computer.

No, long story, but I am currently moving from wa to mixhigan..

I went ahead and did a recovery and backed up files, I hope I have everything I need but hey it was something I had to do
