HELP! Fresh Windows 8 Install Error

Hi guys I posted a thread earlier trying to fix the many problems I've been facing with my computer. In the end, I decided to buy Windows 8 to have a fresh start. Now, I can't even install it from the disk. Please help! The installation stalls here.
