yeah, with no follow up on that bootdisk thing... I tryed the powermax thing and got an error (just my luck) "Cannot run DOS! Press any key to retry" and then it restarts to give me the same message.

Ok pimp masters of this bootdisk non-sence... I need assistance..

I did/ got:

1:Ran Fdisk in dos / "Incorrect MS-Dos Version"


Wtf... Little help, Im like a blind kid you guys pushed into traffic... You gave me some direction but little advice.

[Triple Post, Im getting REALLY desperate.. If I dont reformat soon the virus comes.... No more running exe's]

try putting it into another compter and format it

No dice... This drive uses diferant wiring than any other computer I have access to ... So any other suggestions.?

you booted from the floppy...

it went thru a series of of prompts etc....


it asked you 2 yes and no questions, you said yes to both right?

then you chose 1 to start with cd support

then you chose 3 then 1,2, or 3 which ever it resides on right?

sound familiar?

nope.... It trys to run on boot and It prompts me with "Incorrect MS-dos Version"... So No and No.

did you use the windows 98 oem? and exectue it and then it wrote itself to the floppy or did you just send it to the floppy?
