Default Help finding ethernet driver for a dell!!!

having problems getting the right drivers for a dell pc any suggestions other than going to the dell site, been there not much help. the ether net adapter an onboard and i cant figure out who makes the mobo so i cant figure out that the proper driver is

what is your service tag number and model?

9l8hq21 thats the service tag number

and i believe teh model number is CN 0 g1494 70821 33d q 2 f h

now im not sure but i think that is it. the computer does not have an ethernet controller installed. thats the problem i need to figure out which one to download for that perticular model and from where. thank you

its either this one

or this one

and usually when you unzip them, you need to go to the directory where it is unzip usually c: drivers and run the exe or go to device manager and point the device to that directory
