Default help with file

hey wassup havent been here in a long time. well anyways i just got done downloading something and its says its a roo file, and has other files such as ro1 file and etc. how can i play this movie, are there anyplayers or software that can covert this file to a playable media.

The roo file type is associated with the RealPlayer.

hey dude, i cant get realplayer to play the file it keeps saying its not connected to the internet cuz it needs to retrieve componenst, im connected to it yet it says no.

it is a compress file. I know winace will extract it and all of the corresponding files into 1 big file

it is ro0 not roo

.rar .zip .ace .r01 .001

These extensions are quite common and mean that your file(s) are compressed into an "archive".
This is just a way of making the files more compact and easier to download.

To open any of those archives listed above you can use WinRAR (Make sure you have the latest version) or PowerArchiver.

If those progams aren't working for you and you have a .zip file you can try WinZip (Trial version).

If the two first mentioned programs aren't working for you and you have a .ace or .001 file you can try Winace (Trial version).
