Help to disable certain applications

I have four computers at home, three use wifi and one uses an ethernet connection. I would like to disable one particular game that a friend of my is addicted to. How can I discreetly stop them from opening the game directly and through its directory and from trying to reinstall it? Also are their any programs that would allow me to monitor activity on the particular game?

What OS are you using? If you have Vista / Win7 it has some parental settings in the OS that an administrator can disable / monitor programs.

Discreetly is a mistake IMO - if someone has a problem going around their back to try and stop it will not solve the problem.

My opinion, talk with them about it, say you are going to uninstall the program - then either throw away the install disc OR make their account a standard account and disable installing programs.

I would be using OS X and Windows 7.
