I ran the cleaner. Now a cmd window opens that says

C:\NVIDIA\*, Are you sure (Y/N)? _

What do I pick here? I don't get the question

Alright. I did a fresh install of the drivers. I'll keep you updated if I get any BSoD's. thanks for the help

Also download and run CCleaner (Last updated on 28th September 2009), once all is done
