Help with computer startup plz

Hello, i got a new computer that i had custom built. My computer works perfect besides when i try to power down. Aslong as i put the computer in sleep mode it will restart up with no problems and run fine. The problem is when i shutdown and leave the powere off for like 6 hours then when, i try to start it back up it says there was problem during startup and it wants me to go into safe mode and restore my computer everytime? what could this be? i use windows 7 64 bit i beleive it is an os

You're going to Start > Shut Down and not just powering it off by holding the button down, correct?

Yes, i do shutdown correctly. any ideas what this could be? also if i shutdown and repower say like 5 mins later it works fine. Only when i power it down for about hour or more then try to turn it back on windows will want me to retore my hole system because of startup error.
