Help with complete PC backup on external?

Hi i am using os vista and i got a external hard disk of 500gig... Actally i want to backup my pc but with all the complete setting including everything. forexample: all my documents, outlook, personalised settings etc


Is there any software available which can do this and i also want to keep updating my backup after every week or so.. I know about norton ghost and acronis but had some problems with them in past...

Any one can recommend anything??????????

I have used M$ backup before but that was the server and xp versions. I have not used vista's but have heard it is unreliable at best. Symantec backup exec is another I have used successfully but it is expensive. I have had good luck with Ghost but if you have not I understand.

I like acronis true image. You will also want to do incremental backs ups.
