Question Help!! clueless about a file download!!!

I'm totally bewildered at what is going on here.

My dad wants to watch a news video on this website and we get this error every time and I dont understand it.
all of those files give me error^^^

Once i try to open the file, it says "There was a problem loading the file specified when running the Accessibility Wizard."

Accessibility Wizard is not running, and I've checked it out and it seems to have nothing to do with downloading this file.

It is a *.smil file, which I've never seen before, but my dad could view these at one time but about a week ago this started happening.

Help anyone???????
I would really appreciate it cuz my dad thinks he can fix it and he doesn't know shight about computers. I caught him in control panel last night.-----scary, i know.

Send a message via Yahoo to ADZ

have you gone Ctrl + Alt + Del to see if there are any programs that are running that shouldnt be running?

Are you up to date on virus updates?

try doing an online virus scan:

I think i know what the problem is now. My dad must have ***ociated the file with Accessibility Wizard rather than RealOne Player since we didn't have Real installed at the time. So now I need to re-***ociate *.smil files with Real rather than the acessibliity wizard.

anyone know how to do that?(im using win98)
