Help Add Remove Program Has gone Weird

Hi everyone for some reason my add/remove programs menu has gone a bit haywire. when i open it up the first for entries appear alright but then i get black bars running down for a length then it shows the rest of the entries. Has anyone ever heard of this happening or know a way to fix it.

man u got alot of stuffs on ur hd. check out that scroll bar
