not sure if any one in here can help as thi mught be a hardware error.

When ever I reset my comp my screens turn on and off 10 times before staying on, I not sure if this is a hardware or software

Any one got any ideas

check monitor cables first. maybe reseat the video card.

How do i resert the video card and the monitor cable i check is fine

open case, pull the card out of its slot, and reinsert the card.

Ok thanks upgrade to windows XP pro and it works fine
