My SBS 2003 server has 250 GB, just now I noticed that I didy only formatted 27GB and 208 GB is still unallocated of the C drive. How do I format it to become the part of rest of the C drive ?

You could use a program like Norton PartitionMagic to do a non-destructive resize of your partition to add the unallocated space to your C partition. You can also try an opensource alternative (aka: FREE) such as the one outlined in this tutorial: Resize Windows Partition with Open Source Software

Update: Forgot to mention, make sure you backup EVERYTHING before you try either option, you know, just in case .
