Whenever I play some older games, ArmA and Battlefield 2... The PC just reboots, the crash log says its the ATi Driver.

Reading up I found out about problems with the drivers were Powerplay is causing the card to change its clock speeds, hence pc decides its going to reboot...

Is there anyway to disable PowerPlay.

Try "disabling" powerplay in same yourprofile.xml that we have to edit for fan fix. It's at beginning of file, for Sapphire card just change

Feature name="CoreClockTarget_0"
Property name="Want_0" value="50000"
Property name="Want_1" value="50000"
Property name="Want_2" value="75000"

to:

Feature name="CoreClockTarget_0"
Property name="Want_0" value="75000"
Property name="Want_1" value="75000"
Property name="Want_2" value="75000"

Unlike fan fix that stays after reboot, you need to select your profile after each Win startup usually TWICE so check with latest GPU-Z that it works, it should read 750 Mhz Core clock when idle at desktop. Also you can create another profile with normal speeds for 2D and use it while not gaming.

Or configure newest Rivatuner to do it all automatically.
