Having troubles with Xerox 6400x scan to laptop

the error i'm getting on a print out is "Failure transferring job to network server"

Not on a server

I created a Xerox profile on the laptop with admin rights and permissions.

Doc path and setup is correct because I matched it up correctly from another setup I seen.

*File Repository Setup
Friendly Name: (Laptop Name)
Protocol: SMB
Host Name/IP: (Laptop IP)
Share: Xerox_Scans (folder name)
Doc Path: C://DocsAndSett./Username/Docs/Xerox_Scans
Login Cred: System
Login Name: Administrator

*Login Name: ->could it be that I have the wrong login name should I use the Xerox user i created on the laptop?
 
Sorry i forgot using XP Pro anyways the level 1 tech support had me setup for FTP protocol and I switched it to the Xerox Profile like you said Mak and now I get a print out saying "Unable to connect to remote server."

*Then Xerox said the tech 2 guys are doing upgrades in their office and will be out for 3 hrs so by the time they're up and running I will be on my way home.
