Default Hard Drive Restrictions

OK I recently installed a new hard drive in my computer to be used for data storage. When I installed it Windows XP automatically detected it and made it work, and I formatted it using NTFS. It seems to work fine when I'm logged on as Admin, but when I log on using a restricted account I cannot save to the disk. It says access is denied.

Can someone tell me how to enable anyone to read and write to the disk?

Thanks in advance.
