Hard Drive constantly going......

Just like the title says... my hard drive is constantly being used, 98% of the time, even when im not doing anything. Boot up is fast but when it gets to the desktop, i can't do anything for the first five minutes cause something is hoggin the hard drive or whatever.

This is the resource monitor showing the harddisk at the time of bootup.

Turn off Indexing. That is the first and most common cause of this. If not make sure your AV isnt running.
