Halp!!!

Hey guys, I need help with a OS/hardware problem.

I bought a Phillips MP3 player and i installed all of the software and my computer is still not recognizing it as a disk drive. I'm sure it is plugged in. Everytime I plug it in, it says " Found New Hardware Philips Hdd14xx". When the screen prompts me to automatically install the software....it acts like it is doing it and then gives me this message "The required section was not found in the INF". Does any computer wiz or anyone for that matter know how to fix that problem?

Sounds like you need a different driver. Hit the Phillips website and download a new one.

Do you try your mp3 on other computer? If so, you need to manually drive this device again step by step.
