Looked at Microsoft site about stop messages but no help because it just says to boot from xp cd and do a reinstall but when i try this it says that this version of windows has previously attempted to be upgraded, shall it retry.
When i say yes it goes back to restarting

use powermax to wipe the drive clean, then reinstall windows
