Me personally wouldn't be happy not knowing what's changed in my host file. See why there is a lot in your host file and what programs changed it and why.
It could be for a list of pop-up spam adresses directing you to 127.0.0.1 what would be a good thing cause the spam will never reach it's destination.
But it can also be used for not so good reasons so it wouldn't hurt to check it out.

It is definalty spyware. Do you use kazaa? I recommend going to pcworld.com and search for a prog to remove spyware. I downloaded mine from pcworld and it is great and free. Im not on my computer though so i forgot what it was called : /

I posted about the Mirar Toolbar that Ad-Aware didn't get rid of (even though I think Ad-Aware is a great program). Mobo suggested trying Hijack This. You might try getting that, for free, and running it.
