Default good p2p software?

ok iv been through kazaa lite, shareaza. i like shareaza better, but it seems to screw my connection up, or maybe its somwthing else... i dunno, i get disconnected every 2 mins, then i hafta unplug the router, then replug, and reconnect manually. Are tehre any other good p2p software out there? Thanks

WinMX is the one that I use.
edonkey, soulseek, and the rising emule are also alternatives.

shareaza is better than all of them, cuz it is comaptible with edonkey, gnutella 1 and 2, and bittorrent. Seems like my internet is working better now. Thanks anyways

i use soulseek for my music,for odd stuff i cant find elsewhere i use klite and bearshare...get excellent speeds with both
