Going Back To Vista - Advice on Removing XP Partition

What would I do to fix it if something went wrong?
You would use the Super Grub Disk Webpage: Home Page

One time I removed a Linux partition which messed up grub so Vista wouldn't boot. I tried fixmbr and everything I could get my hands on, and nothing worked. Finally I put in my Super Grub Disk, which has an option to fix the Windows boot loader. It was the only thing that worked. It correctly overwrote grub and reinstalled the windows loader. My disk didn't have an option for Vista, so I used the XP option and it worked.

So just download the iso, burn the image to a disk, and boot to the CD. If you would have had this before, you wouldn't have had to reinstall Vista. With Super Grub, you can manage your partitions with gparted live cd, then fix the boot loader with super grub.
