hi guys,
who can tell me know what is "Go back" used for? and what is the main purpose for us to use the "Go back" in the best way?

would you be refering to "Symantec Go Back"? or some other Go Back... Go Back Button in your browser perhaps?

I'm going with the more likely Symantec Go Back its a utility that creates whats called a rollback journal as you use your PC it logs changes that are made and allows you to "roll back" in time by undoing the changes that it logged. If effect it returns your computer to a previous state in time.

it could be defined as a more sophisticated very of windows system restore.
