use ophcrack. im not sure if it works on vista though. Files the livecd and burn it onto a cd
2. go into bios and set cd as first boot
3. pop in the cd dont have to press anything because this program will do everything automatically. just have a pen and paper ready to copy the passwords.

hiren either tells you the pass or removes it for u so u can set it in windows later
