Generic Host Process Issue

I'm getting a Generic Host Process for Win32 Services error when starting the
PC (XP, SP2). It doesn't happen every time the PC starts, perhaps about 75%
of the time.

The details of the error message are as follows.......

szAppName : svchost.exe
szAppVer : 5.1.2600.2180
szModName : wuaueng.dll
szModVer : 5.8.0.2469
offset : 0007cb9a

Does anyone know how I can fix this ?
