I FOUND THIS ON TWEAKXP.COM
I WANTED TO GET YOUR TWO CENTS ON IT
IS IT OK TO DISABLE ALL THESE SERVICES WITHOUT HURTING ANYTHING?

ALSO WILL THESE SETTINGS BE BETTER FOR GAMING SEEING HOW i DONT REALLY HAVE A SWEET PC

You need some of those... I suppose you could disable Windows Installer if you never wanted to install programs again? Wait you want to disable all these are simply set them to manual and only start them when needed? The only real way to find out is to make the change and see what doesnt work after that :) Be sure to create a restore point before you start monkeying around in there.
