I'm going through a friends laptop (it's a bit of a mess) and I'm having a problem deleting a file.
It's an .avi file, about 700 megs. Anytime it's clicked on (not even opened, just clicked on) Dr. Watson goes nuts and fails, and unless that particular process is ended, you have to reboot.
I tried going through the CMD prompt and get rid of it that way, but it says it isn't there.
Any ideas?
