haha yeh im getting Upload** speeds of 60kbp/s but i think its suppose 2 be higher... i dunno is thier any way 2 change it in the FTP server thats built into win2k3? cuz ive bin looking erywere and i cant seem to find any setting for what the maximum upload and download speeds are..

Yes, i've been using bulletproof ftp since win95 came out and i still love it. it has a client and server.. if you haven't tried this - get it.
