I'm a teacher and my school has spent so much money on lenses and cameras lately that we are loathe to spend more on software. I also personally always seem to need software that I don't have.
So for myself and the kids I'm trying to compile a list of good software for photo editing that's free. I'd like to ask your opinions of what's best out there and where to find it.
During my research I ran across this excellent list of freeware:

and in it are some seemingly good freeware for photographers. But I'd like to know what on that list you're finding worthwhile or particularly where else I could go. Thanks.
