Default Freeeware Personal Logo Maker

What could be the best freeware personal logo maker that has he ability to add animation effects to your personal graphics to create high quality logos for avatar purposes. MS Paint is just insufficient.

Thanks in advance.

With Ulead Cool3D you can make really cool animations
You can also try Babarosa GIF animator or Ulead GIF animator

i hope paint will. anyway, i've found a better program instead of babarosa's and ulead's. it is Jansoft Movies 13. I has a lot of gif animating effects and most of all its freeware!
