I would use zonealarm or comodo both easy to use and do a good job. Jetico is harder to configure and can be frustrating as its very sensitive, I haven't tried filseclab yet.

zonealarm basic:

Comodo:

Jetico:

filseclab:

I have tried Comodo and it is good. Just like a Zone Alarm Clone but without the annoying thing asking if you want to upgrade to Pro.

I havent tried Jetico or filseclab so i cant comment on them. But i would recommend Comodo.
