free anti virus software

I am looking for a free anti virus software which I can place on my computer. The OS that's running on it is windows server 2000. AVG 7.0 does not work with this type of OS. Does anyone know of AV software that does and works really well? Any help is appreciated.

www.download.com type in "anti virus software" but i really suggest you buy KAV, or atleast check out the trial (www.kasperylab.com i think)

After installing Windows 2000 server service pack 2 I received the following info:

AVG 7 free edition is intended to be used by home users on home computers. AVG free edition can not protect file server, terminal server and e-mail server. Therefore, AVG free edition can't be installed. According to you people I can but the installation says no.

Would anyone know why or if there's a work around?
