Formatting Hard Drive

So basicly i'm trying to format my hard drive so i can do a fresh install of windows 7 32bit to 64bit also new windows going on SSD. But i have a problem, when i right click C: drive and i want to click format i can't cause its grayed out, But i have this other thing below it saying system reserved(under c: in computer management(and 100mb space lol?)) and i can format that but i aint want to touch that. But i can mark partition as active(c idk.

Any suggestions/help

Don't worry i found out you can format the drive when your installing windows 7

Next time be a little more patient.. You're posting at 11pm, on Christmas day on a primarily-North American forum. Most people aren't going to be online...

And remember for the next time: you cannot format your primary hard drive (the one with your OS) while still running the OS on that hard drive...
