Default Formatting / Drivers

I've been deciding if I should Reformat my laptop or not .. It's an HP laptop with Windows XP.. I have the disc but my only concern is the drivers issue.

I reformatted my PC once, it went well except I had no internet access because I didn't have the drivers, and I had to go on a laptop and get hte drivers, then save them to a disc and it was a pain.

So now I want to Reformat the laptop, and I was wondering where I find out which drivers I need to download so I will have a connection when it finishes, and I don't need to get on another PC to download the drivers then upload them to a CD.

I don't know what that is.

And also, I was browsing a site and it said " A product key can be used to install XP on only one PC."

So that means I can't use the same disc that I used to reformat my PC? The product key wont work again?
