sorry for posting lot of times.. it was just, some that i posted had spelling mistakes, hehehe.. by the way..thanks for all your help..but i still have one problem.. my letter drive that supposed to be C, changed to D.. and my other partition changed from D to C..so my win2k is installed on D instead of C.. i formatted my HD before i installed win2k.. win2k formatted it by itself and just followed the instructions. how to change my HD to letter drive C? do i need to format it again?

You can use Win98 boot this
but will not see the hard disk.
Examp:
when you type c: and enter
you will get message like: Are you sure this is the disk you looking for?
once is loaded
type:
fdisk -read the instruction then
format the disk and maki it "active"
run new OS setup and that is...
Win2000 CD will do as well.
Boot it and start installation, then
Select Partition -format, create new, create some more....
you name it
