(if you want 2 or more hit C and create them). next it will ask how to format your system (I alway pick ntfs quick) hit enter.
if I create 2 partitions, do I have to switch the cable of my CD rom?( with 2 partitions, HD C and D then E is CD rom) how do I change the connection?

you don't have to make any hardware changes. it will give it a new drive letter

if you delete it using windows xp cd.. doesn't it just delete the os? which is an odd question.. but if u have more on the hard drive than just windows it will only delete windows o/s right?

Put the XP cd in and follow the dummy instructions. Very simple.

This isnt win 98 or ME, no need at all for boot disks.
