Default folder/directory help

I installed an old harddrive, which used to be the "C" drive in an old computer, with the operating system windows xp.
One of the folders is blocking my access because I prevented file sharing in my old system and now I can't get to files, does anyone know the solution for this.

any help would be great

-jase

Try accessing the files as the user "Administrator". There are half dozen things that could cause that to happen, and a half dozen things you can do to get around it, so it may be hit and miss for a bit.
