Default Flash Installation Problem

Hi Everyone,
I got some error while working with Flash Software in my PC. So I tried to remove the program and re-install it. But I am unable to remove the program using Settings->Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs. Any one can help me to solve this?
Thanks in advance. Bye

The setup asks "Do you want to completely remove all the componenets you specified"?. I press Ok. It displayed progress bar to indicate to remove for a few seconds. But its still in the Programs list
