Default Flash Files Won't Play in IE

Here's the link, it just sits there on the loading screen and does nothing. I tried deleting my cookies, making sure Flash was installed but I get squat. What the heck?

Edit: While viewing the source of that page you are going to need a few things...
A: Windows security patch
B: Updated Active X
C: Flash player 7

The site was build for IE, so If you are unable to view it through IE, you should make sure that you have the security settings for downloads and installs on your browser to be set loosely if any at all for this site. If all else fails, rename your local profile and that will fix it.

Nope, no spyware blaster.

I want to view the site... I can't see anything on there.

Done, same thing. I don't have an option for PCT though.
