I'm not sure if this is the right place but I would like to know which firewall is better, AVG 8.0 Internet Security firewall or Windows Vista firewall?

The Vista firewall is actually very good. It can block incoming and outgoing traffic just like any real good 3rd party firewall. Your comments are so far from teh truth Donald.
Any good firewall will allow you to do just what the Vista firewall can do. To make the Vista firewall better jsut use this:
Download Vista Firewall Control 1.1.1.1 - Vista Firewall Control will Protect your applications from undesirable network incoming and outgoing activity - Softpedia
This will make it real simple for you to allow or block any application. Which again is what any GOOD firewall should do. The Vista firewall along with a router with a firewall will provide you with enough protection. I know cause that is what i use. I have yet to get a virus or spyware.
