File Folder -> Search

Hey,

Lately I've been tweeking my settings to give my XP Home Edition a sleek Vista like look using Style XP and a bit of my own settings. Somehow in the process I managed to alter some sort of setting that makes it so whenever I double-click on a File Folder, any folder (My Music, My Pictures, Timmy's Game, any!) instead of opening the contents of the folder it opens the search feature in the explorer.

Any help would be appreciated, I don't like having to right-click and select open every time.

copy and paste this in the run box or open a cmd prompt and paste it


regsvr32 /i shell32.dll fix

see what happens

if that dont work, try this

your antivirus might detect it as a virus, let it go thru

Thank you very much. The first method didn't work, but the VBScript did.
