File explorer crashes on network drive

Hi, here's my problem : When my users leave their Windows file explorer open on the network drive, it closes automatically after some time ... It only happens on some computers.

The network drive is mapped with a GPO and yes the "Action" field is set on "Update".

If anyone has an idea on how to solve this problem it would really help me.

Is their network adapter falling asleep using the "Allow windows to turn this device off to save power" option?
