K so heres a bit of a tricky situation (atleast i think it is)..

I want to have 1 or 2 multi gigabyte files running in a ram drive and have the files referanced somehow from a dummy file in the foler they are suppose to be in to the location of the files in the ram drive...

The game itself is 12gigs in size and i only have 8 gigs or ram, alltho only one or 2 of the files actually needs to be read alot...

TL;DR: Can i redirect a game's dummy files from a folder to the real files in a ramdrive? Making loading faster...

Is this an ISO of a game you're trying to do t his with? The ISO should install the game and then the game will run off of your HDD, not in RAM.
