Elbatrop1 Memberbot Messages 4,057 Feb 8, 2005 #2 Definitely not. Compressing your whole hard drive (especially your OS) will severely slow your computer down. If you are running out of room, buy another hard drive. Hard drives are cheap, and its definitely well worth it instead of compression.
