just installed System Mechanic 6 and ever since Winpatrol has been
asking if itis ok for this file ***. change ....
Windows Scripting Host – WSCRIPT.EXE to Windows Notepad - NOTEPAD.EXE
the next one is Windows Registry Editor - REGEDIT.EXE to Windows
Notepad - NOTEPAD.EXE and last is Screen Saver - %1 /S to Windows
Notepad - NOTEPAD.EXE i now all are safe but can i allow changes or
what? I don't know if i'm worring for nothing but i don't want to make

First thing is first. You dont need System Mechanic. As you can see, you are already running into problems. Delete it, even if you paid for it.
