Spybot Search & Destroy, Ad-Aware SE Professional, Webroot Spy Sweeper, Hijack this! can always count on them..

I use them in conjunction with Firefox to keep my system pretty much spyware free.

I use adaware and do regular scans, i use firefox as well.

Microsoft antispyware beta as my #1 antispyware APP because it removes alot of stuff.

Spybot SD as #2 because it removes alot and blocks it from coming on.

Lavasoft as #3 cuz it picks up what the other 2 dont

Hijack this isnt a spyware program, but it's good as well
